Dear Sis—got your letter today but will only send you a card, as it’s a real 4th of July as we had it here in Lidgerwood. The first building is the Bohemian Hall, you know where it was well we had a very rainy 4th of July out here to on many place the water took sidewalks away and one our neighbors couldn’t get out of the house, you know the one that lives across the alley. Frank had to get a boat and take some planks up there, and lay them on the steps so they could get out. Well, will send you a letter later so best love to you all from us all and don’t forget to write. Mary.
